Sinister DM Tools™ is a software-as-a-service platform for tabletop roleplaying session management.
Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

## 3. Accounts and Access

- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You must not share accounts in a way that bypasses plan limits.

## 4. Subscription and Billing

- Paid features require an active subscription.
- Pricing, trial periods, and billing intervals are shown in-product.
- You authorize charges for your selected plan until canceled.

## 5. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy in [acceptable-use-policy.md](acceptable-use-policy.md).

## 6. Intellectual Property

Sinister DM Tools™, including source code, product design, content, and branding, is proprietary.
No license to copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works is granted except as explicitly authorized in writing.

## 7. User Content

You retain rights to content you create in the service. You grant Sinister DM Tools™ a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service.

## 8. Service Availability

Sinister DM Tools™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or outages without liability.

## 9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sinister DM Tools™ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

## 11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
